Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

These flavor packed roasted brussels sprouts are the perfect side to any dish! Ready in 20 minutes, they will be your "win" for holiday dinners or just when you're in a pinch to get food on the table.
- 2 cups brussels sprouts, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1-2 cracks black pepper
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to coat brussels sprouts in the EVOO and seasoning.
Evenly spread the sprouts on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
